A full refund will be issued for cancellations greater than 14 days from the start of the training course, with a $100 processing charge.

If you cannot attend a future class, we will refund half the fee charged within 8-14 days of notifying us.

No refund will be issued for cancellations within 7 days from the start of the course.

You may not substitute another session of the same course or another student to fill your spot.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone especially the difficult students/customers who disturb the session. Instructors have the right to exclude a student from the class if the student is being disrespectful or disruptive. No refund will be issued if an attendee is removed from a class.
